Your account
You use Retrain through your company. Your company decides who is invited and what you practice.
Practice calls are recorded
Every practice call is recorded and transcribed. The recording, the transcript and your feedback are visible to you and your company’s owners and managers, and are kept for up to 12 months.
AI
The customers you talk to and the feedback you get are made by AI. Scores are a coaching aid, not a final judgement.
Your company’s material
Documents your company uploads are used only for your company: its AI customers, coach and feedback.
Leaving
Your company can remove you; your recordings follow its retention settings.
